Wenjing Zeng

Her name is Wenjing Zeng, born in Jan., 1990, in Zhangzhou, Fujian Province. She got her Ph.D. degree from Peking University in Jan., 2019. Currently, she has published 23 papers, including 6 first-author SCI papers in Environmental Science & Technology, Soil Biology and Biochemistry, Science of the Total Environment, Forest Ecology and Management, and Land Degradation & Development, respectively. She has participated in at least 7 research projects, including her own research projects that funded by China Postdoctoral Science Foundation the Graduate Training and Development Program of Beijing Municipal Commission of Education (¥ 80,000) and the Young Talents Support of Ecology. She has participated in many important domestic and international academic conferences, given oral reports in both the 6th and 7th International Symposium on Soil Organic Matter.

Belowground ecology & Ecosystem ecology

 

Research introduction

She works on the the responses and mechanisms of terrestrial ecosystem carbon sequestration and its underground processes (such as total belowground carbon flux, respirations of root and mycorrhizal fungi, fine root turnover) to changes in environmental nutrients.
